Employee Assistance Program: Branding and logo design for counselling program offered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada

The Employee Assistance Program for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada provides a number of services. These include counselling for employees and their families; training and education as well as crisis intervention. The goal for the branding was to position the program as being friendly, accessible and concerned with the well-being of its audience.

The logo is made up of two elements, an open door (left), and a face (right). The bright color palette supports the project goals, and the combined image reflects the program’s open door policy.

Deliverables: Logo, business cards, letterhead, kit-folder, brochure, and posters.
