iApostle was hired to rebrand Ottawa Realtors, Premier Real Estate Group. The refresh was designed to retain familiarity with the old logo while embracing a more refined approach that brings cohesion and personality to the branding.
In addition to reducing the heaviness of the old logo by removing the black background, a dark grey and a bronze colour were introduced as well as thin lines to provide structure.
The brand pattern is constructed using the smile portion of the monogram along with a secondary graphic depicting a house/upward facing arrow.
